We hang around the mid-1940s a little longer to listen to a 1945 Christmas V-Disc by Bing Crosby!
Here are both sides, with side one including "Jingle Bells":
If these sound different from Bing's familiar Decca recordings, it's because they were taken from a couple of "Kraft Music Hall" episodes from the previous December, so it's not the same-old, same-old.
And I can't begin to tell you* how much I love the special red and green design of the label and the old English font!
*The title of another Bing hit!
